The main responsibility of PCCI is to provide focused advocacy for business growth and sustainable development by providing business services for the advancement of grassroots entrepreneurship, chamber development, international trade relations, business innovation and excellence, and operating efficiency. These will be achieved through a professional organization working in close cooperation with various stakeholders in public and private sectors.

JR WRIGHT BUSINESS ADVISORY SERVICES, INC. - HWA is a minority owned and controlled certified public accounting firm located in Independence, Ohio with additional offices in Westerville, Ohio and Cebu City, Philippines. The firm has a staff of fifteen (15) trained professionals with many years of audit experience in the governmental and not-for-profit sectors as well as a host of business partners and consultants.
The firm currently serves clients in several industries, including not-for-profit, employee benefit plans, state and local government, and elderly and low income housing. Over 80% of our present engagements represent services to not-for-profit agencies funded by federal, state, and local sources.
HWA has also served the construction and real estate development industries since its inception. We have provided a variety of services to community development corporations, real estate developers, contractors and syndicators.
