Barcelon administered the oath-taking of the thirty-four (34) new members during the PCCI Chairs’ and Members’ Night and Fellowship held recently in Makati City.  Welcoming the new members were PCCI officers that included Dr. William Co, chairman; Engr. Enunina Mangio, vice president and director, Philippine Chamber Development Inc. (PHILCDI); Sergio Ortiz-Luiz, director and treasurer; and, Ma.
