Mission
The main responsibility of PCCI is to provide focused advocacy for business growth and sustainable development by providing business services for the advancement of grassroots entrepreneurship, chamber development, international trade relations, business innovation and excellence, and operating efficiency. These will be achieved through a professional organization working in close cooperation with various stakeholders in public and private sectors.
PCCI, Pakistan rice exporter explore potential rice trade, other biz opportunities

PCCI President George T. Barcelon hosted the Ambassador of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, His Excellency Imtiaz A. Kazi and a business delegation organized by the Rice Exporters Association of Pakistan (REAP) at the PCCI Office on January 25, 2023. The meeting discussed potential business linkages between Filipino and Pakistani rice traders and technology transfer in the agriculture sector as well as tariff and visa facilitation. Aguilar suggested to connect with the Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) to facilitate future trade missions/ business matching sessions.
Heading the 15-man delegation was Mr. Chela Ram Kewlani. Joining Barcelon and Aguilar were International Affairs Committee Chairman Jude Aguilar, Assistant Treasurer Bernardo Benedicto III, Assistant Treasurer; Special Assistant to the President Carmencita Arce; and, Assistant Secretary General for International and Regional Affairs Edwin Glindro.
Also in attendance were Mr. Faud Hamid Garib, Deputy Leader of the REAP delegation; Mr. Deepak Kumar, convener of the REAP delegation; Mr. Muhammad Raza, co-convenor of REAP delegation; Ms. Donna Angulo, Manager of the Corporation Communication Unit and Policy and Program Officer for Agriculture; Ms. Lyn Gabionza, Manager of the International Affairs Department; Ms. Paula Pascual, Policy and Program Officer for Agriculture; and Ms. Chloe Tan, specialist of the International Affairs Department. --- Chloe Tan
