PCCI is the voice of Philippine business recognized by government and international institutions. As a proactive catalyst of development, PCCI promotes and supports the drive for globally competitive Philippine enterprises in partnership with government, local chambers, and other business organizations.
Mission
The main responsibility of PCCI is to provide focused advocacy for business growth and sustainable development by providing business services for the advancement of grassroots entrepreneurship, chamber development, international trade relations, business innovation and excellence, and operating efficiency. These will be achieved through a professional organization working in close cooperation with various stakeholders in public and private sectors.
PCCI pays courtesy call to Philippine ambassador to the Republic of Singapore

The Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) headed by its President George T. Barcelon paid a courtesy call to H.E. Medardo G. Macaraig, Philippine Ambassador to the Republic of Singapore on 16 March 2023 to discuss Philippines - Singapore trade and investment relations as well as potential initiatives to further enhance business collaboration between the Philippines and Singapore.
Barcelon informed the ambassador that the PCCI actively engages itself with the public sector through its participation in the state visits of the Philippine president and business missions abroad.
Barcelon also mentioned that the PCCI assists the public sector in the promotion of the Philippines, and in attracting foreign direct investments into the country through its various initiatives. Moreover, the PCCI president informed the ambassador on the existing memoranda of understanding (MOUs) with its Singapore counterparts including the Singapore Business Federation (SBF).
The Philippine Embassy in Singapore assured PCCI that a communication channel will be established to update the PCCI on all economic and business activities/ engagements concerning the Philippines and Singapore. Additionally, the Philippine Embassy invited the PCCI’s support in the holding of the annual Philippines - Singapore business and investment forum.
