As a proactive catalyst of development, PCCI promotes and supports the drive for globally competitive Philippine enterprises in partnership with government, local chambers, and other business organizations.
Mission
The main responsibility of PCCI is to provide focused advocacy for business growth and sustainable development by providing business services for the advancement of grassroots entrepreneurship, chamber development, international trade relations, business innovation and excellence, and operating efficiency. These will be achieved through a professional organization working in close cooperation with various stakeholders in public and private sectors.
PCCI, Polish Chamber to pursue broader trade and investment cooperation

PCCI President George T. Barcelon on Thursday (March 24, 2022) met with Embassy of Poland Chargé d’affaires a.i., Jarosław Szczepankiewicz and Minister Counsellor, Anna Krzak-Danel and discussed prospects of deepening trade and investment relations between the Philippines and Poland.
Szczepankiewicz informed the PCCI of the Polish Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s intention to lead a business delegation to the Philippines in the second half of the year to explore potential joint ventures with Philippine companies.
Barcelon welcomed the forthcoming visit and suggested holding a virtual meeting with Polish Chamber to reacquaint, discuss, and flesh out the finer details of the business mission. Barcelon also invited the Polish Embassy and the Polish Chamber to join the PCCI’s 48th Philippine Business Conference and Exposition in October 2022.
Both sides highlighted the possible collaboration in the fields of energy, environment, and information technology and formalize the two chambers’ partnership through the signing of a Cooperation Agreement.
Also in attendance were Philippines-Poland Business Council Chairman Allyson Artes, and Assistant Secretary-General for International and Regional Affairs Edwin Glindro. --- Miguel Santino Santos
