PCCI is the voice of Philippine business recognized by government and international institutions. As a proactive catalyst of development, PCCI promotes and supports the drive for globally competitive Philippine enterprises in partnership with government, local chambers, and other business organizations.
Mission
The main responsibility of PCCI is to provide focused advocacy for business growth and sustainable development by providing business services for the advancement of grassroots entrepreneurship, chamber development, international trade relations, business innovation and excellence, and operating efficiency. These will be achieved through a professional organization working in close cooperation with various stakeholders in public and private sectors.
PCCI represents the Philippines at the 2nd General Meeting of Kankeiren’s Asia Business Creation platform in Singapore

Asia Business Creation (ABC) Platform country member, Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) headed by its President George T. Barcelon attended the Second General Meeting of the Asia Business Creation (ABC) Platform at the Singapore Manufacturing Federation (SMF) Building in Jalan Bukit Merah, Singapore on 16 March 2023.
The PCCI nominated Philippine company, Santeh Feeds Corporation as participant in the ABC Challenge Support Program. Vice President of Sales and Company representative Diomede Bucog, Jr. presented the proposal and materials of Santeh Feeds Corporation during the program. Six (6) fellow nominees of ABC country members also participated in the same program namely, PT Empat Beruang Perkasa (Indonesia), Cape EMS Berhad (Malaysia), Myanmar Polestar DMC & MICE Management (Myanmar), Flexspeed Technology (Singapore), Seth Intertrade (Thailand), and Xuan Thien Group (Vietnam).
A roundtable discussion was facilitated by Singapore Manufacturing Federation (SMF) President Lennon Tan and Kansai Economic Federation (KANKEIREN) Chairman Masayoshi Matsumoto afterwards. During the discussion, Barcelon conveyed some insights on enhancing network and collaboration with all ABC country members and Kansai, Japan.
Barcelon expressed his optimism for future collaboration with the Kansai Economic Federation (KANKEIREN) and Asia Business Creation (ABC) Platform, as well as the rest of the ASEAN. Honorary Chair/ Past President/ Advisor Ma. Alegria Limjoco urged all participating countries to further work closely together in order to realize an Asian-centric economic growth.
Vice President for Industrial Affairs and Director for Digital, Science, and Technology Ferdinand Ferrer identified supply chain management, human resource management, and sustainability as key areas needed to be closely discussed by ASEAN and Japan.
Immanuel Wanandi, head of the Japan Committee of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) invited all ABC country members to attend the Third General Meeting of ABC Platform in Indonesia in 2024.
